Get to know me...
A very warm welcome to those of you who have taken the time to visit my blog despite how blogspot may be considered by some to be something of the past (so 2009!). However, I happen to be fairly fond of that era and if you are too, then this is the blog for you.
I have no fear in admitting that I'm nothing but a polka dot obsessed, pink absorbed, 2000s rom-com-watching and açai bowl printed pyjama wearing lass. So It would be quite the understatement to simply say I'm a girly girl. I'd also love to be a journalist someday and I feel there's been a decline for a very long time in niche journalism, so I'd like to do my part to fill that gap using this outlet to talk about the things that myself and many people adore.
From deep dives, reviews and recommendations into a couple of my favourite movies. I'll also be discussing eye opening pop culture and celebrity history. Fashion will also come into this blog one way or another.
I want this blog to feel like an escape for you all. Think of it like a newspaper, except not as boring (hopefully!!).
As you've made it to the end, then all I ask of you is to stick around for some fun, nostalgic and maybe even inspiring content. I'm also very open to hearing suggestions from you on what you would like to see me discuss on here, so get your favourite drink(mine is a vanilla matcha), your favourite chocolates and have fun!!!
